Dr James Wee is a dual fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who pursued his training at Oxford University Hospitals and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London. He has over 20 years of clincial experience, specialising in Hip & Knee surgery and Foot & Ankle surgery. He is well-versed in using arthroscopic (“keyhole”) and minimally invasive surgical (MIS) techniques.
A/Prof Dr Francis Wong is Singapore’s only orthopaedic surgeon-scientist with a PhD in cartilage regeneration. He is highly specialised in all aspects of cartilage treatment and surgery, having performed over 500 cartilage repairs.

Dr James Wee is a Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Medical Director of Oxford Orthopaedics. He is a dual subspecialty fellowship trained surgeon, having completed fellowships in Hip & Knee Surgery at Oxford University Hospitals and Foot & Ankle Surgery at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (London). He was trained in the Oxford Partial Knee Replacement system by the inventor surgeons in Oxford.
Dr Wee has over 20 years of clinical experience and is a complete lower limb surgeon with expertise in complex Hip and Knee replacements, minimally invasive (“keyhole”) Foot and Ankle surgery, and Sports surgery such as keyhole meniscus, cartilage and ligament reconstruction.

Dr Aprine Tan graduated from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2012 and earned her Master’s in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from University College London in 2019, with a focus on performing arts injuries. She served as a Senior Staff Registrar in Sports Medicine at Sengkang General Hospital, where she managed musculoskeletal conditions with non-surgical treatments and ultrasound-guided injections. A lifelong dancer trained in ballet, she actively contributes to dancer health through workshops and lectures. Trained in DMA Clinical Pilates, Dr Tan integrates movement-based therapy with sports medicine to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
